Previously, she was the Chief Marketing Officer at Ascential Digital Commerce, a leading platform that serves major brands like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Target in managing, optimizing, and leveraging the power of digital commerce across all marketplaces. Sharon led the marketing efforts to position the brand and accelerate its growth as a global digital commerce platform. Her extensive experience leading teams and pioneering advertising innovation has helped accelerate the company’s global expansion and position it as a leader in the market.

Tanya Lombard
Tanya Leah Lombard is a widely respected government relations and public policy executive with decades of professional experience and leadership in government and the private sector. Ms. Lombard currently serves as the Head of Multicultural Engagement and Strategic Alliances at AT&T. Her core areas of responsibility focus on creating, promoting and managing the company’s brand messaging to minority communities and women through the development and stewardship of tactical community-based relations, strategic policy initiatives and special projects.

Destiny-Simone Ramjohn
Destiny-Simone Ramjohn, Ph.D. is proud to serve as Vice President of Community Health & Social Impact with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, the largest health care insurer in the Mid-Atlantic region. In this role, Dr. Ramjohn leads philanthropic giving and authentic community engagement strategies where people live, learn, work, play, and seek care to drive measurable improvements on health. This intentional alignment of business impact, social impact, and health impact- with an eye toward equity- enables CareFirst to enhance the lives of members and the communities it serves.

Otis Rolley
Otis Rolley (he/him) is a Social Impact Advisor for David Steward at Kingdom Capital. He previously led the Wells Fargo Foundation. While there, Otis directed all policies, objectives, and initiatives regarding the Foundation in philanthropically investing $300M annually in 17 nations with a staff of 125+ employees. His efforts helped to maximize the effectiveness of the Foundation’s strategic investments in the communities served while increasing the visibility of the Bank’s brand in market areas. He was able to leverage the Foundation’s philanthropic investment 3:1 in private and public social impact investments.

Alicia Wilson
Alicia Wilson, Esq. is the Managing Director and Global Head of Philanthropy for the North America Region for JPMorgan Chase. At JPMorgan, Alicia oversees the local philanthropic strategies across 40+ markets in North America, collaborating intentionally with senior leaders across the firm’s corporate responsibility and business units to drive meaningful impact across JPMorgan’s business footprint in the U.S. and Canada. This includes helping to steward the $2 billion philanthropic commitment as part of the firm’s broader Racial Equity Commitment.
