She trains movement leaders on the fundamentals of power relationships and organizational capacity building to directly improve the conditions of communities of color by building strong organizations. She is most recently the former National Director at the NAACP\, she has 12 years of civil rights labor union organizing\, and serves as an advisor for the Grassroots Law Project\, UC Santa Cruz\, Reebok\, Levis\, Sephora\, Mattel\, Shea Moisture\, Ebony\, and the White House.
