As an organization, Black Girls Vote is committed to educating and mobilizing our community around policy so we are proud to announce our Advocacy Week of Action!
The Policy Briefing will discuss BGV’s policy agenda and general advocacy efforts. This is also an opportunity to hear a legislative update from elected officials and policy leaders.
The Advocacy Training will equip folks with the tools they need to become an effective advocate and participate in the legislative process. This training will cover grassroots organizing, op-ed placements, and written and oral testimony!
